and on homes that do not exceed $50,000. In these markets we acquire homes by any
number of ways and re-sale them to individuals who have never been given the opportunity
of home ownership. We like to sell our homes to these individuals by providing monthly
payments that are less than what they would rent the same house for each month.
In most cases we can put any person, regardless of credit score or history, into one of our
many homes with only a small down payment and low monthly payments. Our sale
procedures, and financing, enables those with less than perfect credit, or those with a few
hiccups on their credit report, to realize one of the many American dreams of home
ownership. Through home ownership our buyers can improve their credit (we report to the
agencies) and stop throwing their hard earned money away to greedy landlords. In most
cases we are the only people, or company, that will provide the means for our buyers to own
a home.
